Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to identify OSJs/financial institutions and COIs/sales managers that are associated with large/complex third-party distribution partners and build plans to focus and grow sales with target firms
- Develop relationships with COIs and sales management associated with target firms
- Create shelf-space for Equitable annuities by facilitating product approval at target firms
- Source opportunities for increased exposure and wholesaler visibility within target firms
- Coordinate training, events and campaigns within target firms to enhance brand awareness and product knowledge
- Track and analyze metrics and sales data to measure success and identify additional opportunities
- Regular travel to partner offices, industry conferences and regional events as required
The base salary for this position is $70,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years' experience in sales and distribution
- Active Series 6, Series 63 and Life license
- Proactive sales skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proven prospecting skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to meet goals as a part of a team
