Description

The Capital Markets team is lean, highly visible and is responsible for managing the Company's capital market transactions such as capital return to shareholders, debt issuances and spread lending business.

As an integral part of the team, you will use your critical thinking skills and driven mindset to solve real business and capital problems, collaborate with our actuarial and investment teams to come up with insights for the Finance organization, analyze data to provide capital recommendations and monitor the different capital market transactions we execute regularly.

Internship Details

  • Dates: 9 week program starting in early June 2026
  • Hourly Rate: $22/hour
  • Location: New York, NY or Charlotte, NC
  • Work Environment: Flexible/Hybrid (3-4 days per week in the office required)
  • Mathematical or Finance Majors preferred
  • Basic knowledge of financial instruments and models
  • Willing to work in a high-impact effective team
  • Able to work independently under mentorship of senior managers
  • Able to work alongside different groups and departments to resolve operational issues
