Key Job Responsibilities
Manages, directs and coordinates all aspects of the Regional Sales Associate (RSA) outbound sales desk. Monitors and enhances the quality and effectiveness of RSA efforts in order to deliver exceptional outbound sales and service support to financial professionals. The objective is to cultivate relationships between EDL and financial professionals (FP) by exceeding the FP's needs and adding value on every call. The SDM is responsible for maintaining high service levels, cultivating superior performance, supporting the external sales force management team and assisting in all stages of the sales process .
The base salary for this position is $70,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 yrs. of Sales Desk Experience or Internal Wholesaling
- FINRA Series 6/7, LH&A and 63 required
- FINRA Series 26 required or willing to obtain after 90 Days
- Non-Resident Life and Variable insurance licenses in all Non-Resident states and Puerto Rico required or willing to obtain within 90 days

Knowledge of Product Line: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.
Knowledge of Sales Channels: Knowledge of meanings and features of sales channels; ability to coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling an organization's products and services.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Strategic Sales Planning: Knowledge of sales principles, processes, techniques and tools; ability to develop sales plans that are future-oriented, support business strategy and reflect understanding of emerging, as well as existing, opportunities and markets.
