Key Job Responsibilities

  • The Advisor Assist manager role will be part of the Remote Advice Field Programs team, focusing on the management of Financial Professionals on the Advisor Assist team in effort to drive program growth and KPI targets.
  • Responsibilities include Financial Professional development, management of Financial Professional activities and work schedules, monitoring and meeting/exceeding individual and group performance targets (call volume, talk time, leads and sales/service), meeting program SLAs, delivering superior Advisor satisfaction, on-site supervision, resolving or escalating issues, monitoring and meeting key performance measures.
  • The manager will be goal oriented with a solutions-based mindset and possess critical thinking skills, while gaining exposure to Wealth Management operations and Equitable's retail business.
  • Accountable for team performance and develops and executes action plans to address deficiencies; coach and mentor Financial Professionals - responsible for support and development
  • Functions in the role of a senior Financial Professional as needed.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and mobilize resources to deliver on the needs of Advisors and clients.
  • Assists management team in identifying emerging client needs, industry trends and contributing to the strategy and tactics for addressing those needs.


The base salary for this position is $70,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.

Required Qualifications
  • 4 Years of Experience
  • FINRA Series 7 & Series 66 required
  • Life & Health licenses required
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 24 license
  • Expert knowledge of life, annuity and investment products.
  • Superior customer relationship building skills.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and/or client accounts and superior customer relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to read and interpret documents/make recommendations from data
  • Thorough knowledge in product, including proprietary and non-proprietary, and investment products offered through LPL as well as Salesforce and ClientWorks systems
