  • With this internship, individuals will obtain a comprehensive view across the company and assist in meeting Company objectives spanning various subject matters.
  • Equitable Audit Services (EAS) provides independent and objective assurance and advisory consulting services through a highly competent and diverse team. As a business partner, EAS assists management by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach in evaluating and improving the Company's risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • The intern's key responsibilities will include:
    • Assist in audit activities including discussions and inquiries to our business partners, identification and understanding of risk and controls, development and completion of testing, and the communication of results.
    • Assist in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing including updates to process documentation, completion of testing, and communication of results.
    • Assist in process improvement initiatives in the Department.

Internship Details
  • Hourly rate: $22/hour
  • Dates: June 3, 2024 - August 2, 2024
  • Location: Charlotte, NC or Syracuse, NY
  • Work Environment: In office 2-3 days/week
  • Rising senior working towards four-year undergraduate degree or graduate student
  • Course work in Accounting, Analytics, Technology, or other Business-related areas
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work the full duration of the program
