MARKETING CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
The Marketing Center of Excellence plays a vital role in advancing Equitable's business, brand, and mission: to help our clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives. RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven digital marketing professional to build a best-in-class web experience for our key stakeholders. You will develop, implement and manage our marketing and experience strategy for Equitable.com, including differentiated experiences for key constituents, prioritization of business needs, and on-going editorial leadership of web content. You will also advise on thoughtful integration of equitable.com with other digital experience, including client and advisor portals, social media channels, and on-going national campaigns.
- Design and implement a more strategic client, prospect, and advisor gateway through Equitable.com; ensure coordination and collaboration between marketing agencies, in-house staff, and IT
- Ensure high-traffic web pages are exceptionally written and designed and contribute to key outcomes
- Build and grow our digital marketing capabilities as we make substantial investments in our digital ecosystem
- Partner with Customer and Competitive Insights to design meaningful metrics and reporting for digital channels
- Lead strategy for owned digital properties; refine pathways for key audiences and enhance quality and clarity of relevant web content
- Manage "shelf-space" and content volume on the public site to align with business priorities; develop editorial systems to prioritize page creation, editing, and deletion of web content.
- Provide expertise in applying our segmentation strategies to create personalized experiences across channels
Skills required to ensure your success include:
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Channel Marketing: Knowledge of various channel marketing strategies and solutions used to carry out a marketing plan; ability to promote a financial services organization's brand, products, and services through multiple and diverse avenues.
- Copywriting and Editing: Knowledge of copywriting and editing; ability to write, review and edit texts and documents to promote marketing.
- Search Engine Optimization(SEO): Knowledge of methods, tools and technologies used in search engine optimization (SEO); ability to improve rankings and drive traffic on websites optimizing search engines.
- Web Analytics: The knowledge of web analytics; ability to measure, collect, analyze, and report internet data for purposes of understanding and optimizing web usage.
- Web Design and Development: Knowledge of web design and development; ability to design and develop websites for marketing.

Other Qualifications
- 10 years of experience, with 3 years of experience in digital strategy
- Experience in mapping out complex customer journeys and identifying key moments of action
- Strong understanding of IT and marketing integration and past experience in successful partnerships
- Financial services, insurance or healthcare experience preferred
- Marketing agency candidates strongly encouraged
- Familiarity with SiteCore preferred
