About Equitable Marketing: As a newly independent
company, Marketing plays a vital role in advancing Equitable's business, brand, and mission: to help our clients secure their
financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives. Equitable's marketing team is responsible for advertising
& brand management, digital and multi-channel marketing, customer experience and strategy, experiential marketing, and marketing
operations and technology, leveraging consumer insights. We are close partners and collaborators with our lines of business
(retirement and protection solutions) implementing strategies and programs that advance our shared goals, as well as strategic
leaders in cross-enterprise client and advisor engagement.

team. Adaptable and inquisitive professionals earlier in their career, looking to develop a variety of skills and talents
alongside supportive colleagues and mentors. The ideal intern candidate will have relevant coursework and an interest in digital
marketing.
This position reports to Equitable's Chief Marketing Office and will work closely with members of the
Marketing Leadership Team. This marketing intern will use their educational background in marketing to assist the company
while also learning on-the-job experience.
Digital marketing intern will assist the team across
a variety of digital marketing tasks, supporting design, development and execution of digital marketing initiatives which
could include, but not limited to:
- Assessment of marketing processes
- Creative brainstorming sessions
- Content curation and creation
- Communications/social media activities
- Digital outreach
- Evaluation of marketing needs against current tech & data capabilities
- Market research
- Search engine marketing (SEM) lead management
The duration of the internship is 10 weeks with the possibility of full time employment offered after graduation.
- Rising senior in an accredited Bachelor's degree program (Class of 2022) preferred
- Strong verbal, written and graphical communication skills
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
- Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally
- Basic knowledge of SEM/PPC Campaigns and SEO tactics
- Familiarity with HTML/Photoshop/Video editing tools a plus
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Broad knowledge of digital marketing, campaign and media strategy
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry marketing is preferred but not required
- Strong collaborative problem solver with ability to gather, analyze and synthesize a significant amount of information.
- Self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experimental mindset to drive innovation
- Ability to time manage and work effectively in a virtual work setting
- Must have a passion for digital marketing
