Equitable is seeking a dynamic Associate Support Coordinator. This role serves as the primary onboarding and compliance coordinator for new advisors and representatives, ensuring all licensing, regulatory, training, and employment requirements are completed while partnering with branch teams to support successful recruiting, onboarding, and sales growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Key coordinator to onboard candidates from the branch/complex. This includes PEP candidates, RSABs, RSAs, Trusted Advisors, Retail brokers and NRFs.
  • Meets regularly and work with onboarding team in the complex to ensure individual is ready to proceed and ensures all regulatory, employment law and company requirements are met. Provide statuses of candidates during weekly meetings
  • Communicate daily with representatives to answer any/all questions related to insurance licensing, appointment, training, continuing education, LTC and annuity training so that they can start or continue to do business with the company.
  • Responsible for escalating matters to management as necessary.
  • Coordinates disclosable events from representatives with branch compliance/control so that matters are completed within the regulator timeframes
  • Updates and maintain records using external and internal systems and applications.


This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer - focused service during our core hours (8:30 AM-5:30 PM). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.

The base salary range for this position is$47,948 - $65,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring

  • 2 years of license and registration experience in a financial services firm.
  • Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Departments of Insurance rules and regulations.
  • Robust verbal and written communication, relationship building, and follow-up/follow through skills.
  • Able to prioritize workflow and deliver results in a high-volume environment.
