Equitable is looking for a dynamic
District Recruiting Support Specialist- Part Time (20 Hours a Week) to join our team! This position is a onsite work position based out of our Woodbridge, NJ office.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support up to 12 managers in candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
- Develop, post and respond to recruiting postings on multiple platforms.
- Analyze results of sourcing methods/tools.
- Assist with college/university career fair scheduling and follow up.
- Other projects as specified.
The base salary range for this position is $30,000 -$31,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
