Operations Reporting & Insights Manager- Remote Advice Team partners with Leadership team to deliver actionable reporting and insights on sales activity and field programs. This role analyzes performance trends, develops dashboards and standardized reporting, and produces executive-ready presentations that help increase the value of the enterprise.

Working with key stakeholders, this role analyzes data and builds reporting solutions in Power BI and Salesforce. Responsibilities include defining and measuring campaign outreach and Financial Professional activity, and synthesizing complex data into clear, concise reporting for leaders and partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Defines success metrics and performs analysis on initiatives that drive Remote Advice sales, Advisor Assist enrollments, and the marketing, training, and development of Financial Professionals
  • Tracks, reports, and analyzes operational metrics to assess sales efficiency and identify performance trends
  • Monitors progress against goals and documents key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Builds and supports reporting across platforms including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Power BI
  • Leads and supports team members through ongoing performance and career discussions, timely completion of relevant people processes, and a commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.

The base salary range for this position is $58,000 - $85,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business insights
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency building dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Power BI
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with keen interest to further develop these abilities
  • Established communication skills
  • Reliable with proven prioritization skills and a clear focus on results
  • Self-starter and comfortable interacting up, down and across the organization
  • Promotes the sharing of knowledge, experience and best practices to foster individual and team development

Skills

Business Analytics: Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using advanced statistical methods to predict trends and providing forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning.

Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

Data Integrity: Knowledge of objectives, terminologies, and approaches of data integrity; ability to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in various business environments.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.
